So I have hired Tech Consultants and I have been hired as a Tech Consultant and I just have one really big tip – get the candidate’s name via other consultant recommendations. Most consultants are very protective of their reputation and would not give you someone’s name unless they are very good.

Also, they would give you a name because they enjoyed working in the past with that person and know they do good work and delivery.

Linkedin and Indeed are fine too – just make sure you follow the steps above. Make sure all your interviews are with the camera on!! I asked one candidate to turn on his camera and turns out he was driving in his car….had to end the interview for safety reasons of course.
